You'll be responsible for

Supervising young people

Support their daily routines and wellbeing while encouraging participation in education, vocational, recreational and therapeutic programs.

Practicing positive role modelling

Support behaviour change and respond appropriately to challenging situations while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
👥

Working collaboratively

Collaborate with psychologists and caseworkers to support young people and complete operational and case management records.
