You'll be responsible for

Delivering practical case management
Providing short to medium-term support to young people aged 12 to 25, helping them navigate challenges and access resources.🏫
Conducting outreach in local communities
Meeting young people in their own environments, such as schools and libraries, to build rapport and reduce barriers to support.💪
Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach
Guiding young people through assessments and service referrals while focusing on their strengths and experiences.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in relevant field
Possession of a qualification in Social Work or Youth Work.View

Experience in casework and assessment
