We're growing fast and I need a right-hand person. Internet Goods has gone from a web design and dev agency to a full-funnel marketing shop and our clients keep asking for more. More ads, more AI, more of everything. So we're building the team to match. This is a casual role to start, but if we're a fit, there's a real path here. You'll work directly with me across the whole business. Not just executing, but thinking, experimenting, and owning things. What you'll be working on: Web design and development: wireframes, designs, Webflow builds Paid ads: Meta, Google, TikTok Ad creative: statics, UGC, AI-generated AI workflows: internal tools and client-facing solutions Who we're looking for: You're already playing around with tools like Claude Code, Lovable, Gemini, Higgsfield, etc. You don't wait to be told something is possible, you just try it. You can write decent copy, talk to clients without falling apart, and you care about the work actually performing. Agency experience helps. But attitude matters more. The role is remote-friendly.
