You'll be responsible for
🏥
Providing health care services
Delivering flexible, holistic, and culturally sensitive health care services to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.🩺
Supporting chronic disease management
Focusing on prevention and management of chronic diseases for Aboriginal clients, especially during their transition from custody to community.🔗
Collaborating with health professionals
Working with nursing staff, health professionals, and community groups to ensure seamless health care delivery.Key criteria

Certificate IV in Aboriginal Primary Health Care
Holds Certificate IV and is registered with AHPRA.View
📚
Certificate III in Aboriginal Primary Health Care
Holds or is pursuing Certificate III qualification.View
🚗
NSW driver's licence
Eligible to drive in NSW and travel as needed.View
