This job is about making a meaningful difference in the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. As an Aboriginal Mental Health Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing culturally safe and person-centred care. You'll be responsible for

Providing culturally competent services

Delivering recovery-focused, person-centred services including assessment, care coordination, and advocacy for clients with mental health issues.
🤲

Engaging with the community

Building connections and trust with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to improve health outcomes.
🧑‍⚕️

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Working alongside various health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Key criteria

Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent

Must demonstrate Aboriginality and cultural understanding.

Relevant tertiary qualification

Bachelor Health Science (Mental Health) or equivalent qualifications.
