You'll be responsible for

Providing recovery-focused services
Delivering person-centred and culturally competent services, including assessment and care coordination for individuals with mental health issues.📣
Advocating for patients
Acting as a liaison and advocate for both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people referred to the service.🤝
Collaborating with the team
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes and community wellbeing.Key criteria

Must demonstrate Aboriginality and cultural understanding.View

Relevant tertiary qualification
Bachelor Health Science (Mental Health) or equivalent qualifications.View
