You'll be responsible for

Supporting Aboriginal businesses

Meeting, liaising, and supporting Aboriginal businesses to encourage them to join Fulton Hogan’s panel of preferred suppliers/subcontractors.

Delivering Aboriginal Participation Plans

Supporting and delivering Aboriginal Participation Plans and Performance Requirements for all contracts in the region.

Mentoring Aboriginal employees

Mentoring and supporting Aboriginal employees throughout their journey with the company.

Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and community engagement.
