Processing invoices

Efficiently process 50–70 invoices per day and reconcile supplier statements to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Managing inquiries

Managing internal and external stakeholder inquiries via a shared AP email inbox and phone queries.

Vendor relations

Acts as the primary contact for vendors, resolving invoice discrepancies, payment queries, and service issues while maintaining professional relationships.
