You'll be responsible for

AR Ownership & Brand Management

Taking charge of Accounts Receivable for your assigned brand. Overseeing approximately 400 trade accounts monthly, processing and approving credit applications, reconciling payments accurately, and supporting other brands during peak periods or special projects. Keeping all accounts current and compliant.

Debt Control & Reporting Excellence

Monitoring and resolving account issues: tracking overdue balances and analysing discrepancies. Escalating complex cases when needed to management or debt collection, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
🌟

Customer & Stakeholder Partnership

Building and maintaining strong relationships: acting as the key contact for trade customers and internal teams including Trade and Retail. Resolving enquiries, disputes, and payment issues efficiently, delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
