Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, stock availability, prices, and delivery options promptly.

Maintaining an Aged Trial Balance

Ensure accurate posting of collection entries in the Great Plains system to maintain an up-to-date Aged Trial Balance.

Coordinating with National Collections Managers

Identify accounts with collection difficulties and work with managers to facilitate debt collection.

Collections experience

Proven experience in collections or accounts receivable for at least 1 year.

Experience with data entry and account maintenance in Great Plains ERP.
