Assessing community nursing care
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care, in the patient home or clinic, in collaboration with individuals and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.Key criteria

Registered Nurse qualification
Possession of Division 1 registration with AHPRA.View

Current NSW driver's licence
Valid licence for community nursing responsibilities.View
