You'll be responsible for

Supporting daily administration

Support daily administration and reporting requirements for warehouse and distribution operations in accordance with the DWDSS contract

Maintaining documentation

Maintain and manage documentation, records, and data entry in relevant systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
📞

Responding to customer queries

Respond to customer and Defence stakeholder queries, providing timely, accurate, and professional communication

Key criteria

📅

3+ years in administration or customer service

Demonstrated experience in administrative or customer service roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting.
