About the job

This job is about joining the Hunter New England Local Health District as an Administration Officer Level 4, where you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to the Hunter Family Cancer Service. Your contributions will ensure the efficient operation of clinics and enhance the delivery of excellent service to patients and clinicians. You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support

Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Hunter Family Cancer Service and Forster/Taree Service.
📞

Delivering reception services

Delivering professional reception services including primary telephone reception and client liaison.
📂

Maintaining records

Maintaining accurate records within Intake Database, TrakGene and other NSW Health systems.
