You'll be responsible for

Using Skedulo to schedule therapy sessions in alignment with participants’ plans and rescheduling as necessary.👥
Onboarding new participants
Explaining service delivery in the social model and setting expectations for collaboration with new participants.📞
Providing customer service
Delivering professional and emotionally intelligent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email.Key criteria

Scheduling or rostering experience
Demonstrated experience managing schedules effectively.View

Customer service focus
2–3 years of experience in administration with strong relationship-building skills.View
