You'll be responsible for

Providing executive-level administrative support
Delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Business Unit Manager and Lead Team, including diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and preparation of Committee and internal briefing papers/presentations.🔄
Guiding and influencing administration activities
Overseeing administration tasks within the Business Unit, delegating work to other administration roles, and contributing to performance agreements.📈
Leading and developing the administration function
Enhancing the administration function in the Business Unit and ensuring effective communication of Corporate and Group requirements.Key criteria
