You'll be responsible for

Coordinating schedules

Coordinate specialist, allied health and therapy schedules for SHARP and SMS Clinics, managing patient bookings and online diaries in line with clinical triage advice.

Providing support

Act as the primary point of contact for patients and stakeholders, providing professional front-of-house, phone and email support for clients with complex clinical needs.
💰

Managing admissions and billing

Manage accurate admissions, discharges and high-volume medical billing in compliance with Medicare, private health and hospital policies using CorePAS.

Demonstrated high-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse social, cultural and clinical backgrounds.
