Provide proactive, high-quality administrative and operational support to the precinct, responding to enquiries and supporting staff, students, clients and visitors.🔄
Coordinating daily activities
Coordinate daily administrative activities, analyse correspondence, prepare advice and initiate follow-up actions on operational matters under broad direction.📊
Managing records and finance
Manage records, finance and asset processes including invoicing, payments, procurement, reporting, database maintenance and compliance with university policies.What we're looking for
