Undertaking administrative support
Providing administrative support to the Official Visitor workforce and OVP by responding to queries, processing claims, and inputting data from reports.📞
Coordinating communication
Managing the Official Visitors Phoneline and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support.✈️
Organising meetings and travel
Supporting the organisation of meetings and events, as well as coordinating travel bookings for Official Visitors.What we're looking for
