Processing Requests for Admission (RFA)
Manage the administrative processes from referral through to admission, ensuring a smooth transition for patients.🗃️
Managing patient data entry
Ensure accurate data entry within the patient administration system to maintain up-to-date patient records.📞
Responding to inquiries
Address patient, visitor, and staff inquiries, including phone enquiries, to provide excellent customer service.Key criteria
