You'll be responsible for

Designing, delivering, and evaluating strategic workforce initiatives that strengthen workforce capability across the NSW public sector.

Coordinating project activities

Undertaking research and analysis, preparing high-quality presentations and reports, and contributing to evidence-based advice that informs sector-wide workforce priorities.

Engaging with stakeholders

Supporting governance activities and engaging with agencies and stakeholders to contribute to workforce planning and capability development initiatives.
