You'll be responsible for

Coordinating maintenance activities

Coordinating with maintenance teams, contractors, and suppliers to confirm that all resources and materials are available for scheduled maintenance tasks.

Improving planning processes

Collaborating with the Planning & Scheduling Manager to continuously improve maintenance planning processes and strategies.

Generating maintenance schedules

Generating and distributing detailed maintenance schedules and reports to relevant stakeholders.

Scheduling experience in complex environments

Demonstrated experience in scheduling within multi-site operations.
