Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for impactful automation and AI integration.
You'll be responsible for
🔍
Conducting operational deep-dives and process design
Conduct deep-dive sessions with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, CS, Legal, Security) and create detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps to identify bottlenecks and logic gaps📝
Writing technical specifications
Write highly detailed Product Requirement Documents, design test cases and define success parameters🔧
Building automations and integrating AI-powered tools
Be hands-on with creating n8n workflows, automation and as required, also be able to integrate new AI-powered tools with existing business processesKey criteria

Process analysis experience (2-4 years)
Demonstrated ability to map workflows and identify inefficiencies.View

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system connectivity.View
