Collaboration is key, as the AI Enablement Lead will work closely with various teams, including Creative, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support, to foster a culture of capability building and continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for

Stewarding AI tools and practices

Overseeing the selection and implementation of AI tools, ensuring they provide value and are used effectively across the organization.

Running workshops and training sessions

Facilitating workshops that enhance the crew's capabilities in using AI tools and addressing real-world problems.

Monitoring AI tool performance and costs

Keeping track of AI tool usage and costs, making recommendations for improvements based on data and user experience.
