You'll be responsible for

Maintaining AI/LLM platforms

Maintain and support AI/LLM platforms, ensuring performance, usability, and security compliance.

User support and incident resolution

Act as the key contact for user and incident support, resolving issues and documenting fixes.

Designing and refining prompts

Design, test, and refine prompts to optimise AI model accuracy and user experience.

Key criteria

3-5 years in application support

Experience in application or platform support within tech environments.
