Driving training and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new AI-driven processes.

Skills you'll need

Strong understanding of modern AI concepts

A solid grasp of concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, and prompting strategies.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Proven experience in technology-enabled transformation

Demonstrated success in delivering technology-driven transformation or digital product delivery in complex organisations.
