As an Allied Health Assistant with Community & Oral Health Services, you will play a vital role in supporting patient recovery through home and community care. This job is all about delivering patient-centred care, working closely with allied health professionals to ensure effective rehabilitation and hospital avoidance. The team thrives on collaboration, compassion, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

You'll be responsible for

Delivering patient interventions

Providing delegated patient interventions under the supervision of allied health professionals to support recovery and rehabilitation.
🎭

Assisting with therapy programs

Supporting individual and group therapy programs and patient activities to enhance patient engagement and recovery.
🛠️

Maintaining therapy equipment

Preparing, transporting, and maintaining therapy equipment and resources to ensure effective service delivery.

Demonstrated experience or interest in supporting patient care.
