You'll be responsible for

🏥

Leading injury management cases

Lead and manage injury management cases (WorkCover, QSuper and Health Management), supporting return-to-work programs and workplace rehabilitation.
🗂️

Providing HR case management support

Provide HR case management support across employee relations matters including grievances, performance concerns and workforce issues.
🤝

Partnering with HR colleagues

Partner with HR colleagues and leaders to deliver training, workshops and guidance on workforce practices and people management.

Injury management experience

Demonstrated experience managing injury management cases in complex environments.
