You'll be responsible for

Provide comprehensive case management support to participants, helping them address employment barriers and build the skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce.

Supporting employment opportunities

Support participants to secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing and on-the-job support.

Maximising employment outcomes

Provide ongoing support to participants and employers to maximise employment outcomes, including facilitating workplace adjustments and obtaining required documentation.
