You'll be responsible for

Providing support to multidisciplinary teams
Supporting the multidisciplinary allied health staff of the Home Based Therapy team across various hospitals.🏡
Conducting home visits
Visiting homes to set up equipment and supervise home exercise programs as required.📋
Triage of referrals
Managing and triaging referrals to the service across Sydney Local Health District.Key criteria

Allied health qualification
Certificate III or IV in Allied Health or equivalent experienceView

Experience with older people
Demonstrated experience working with older individuals or those with disabilitiesView
🚗
Current NSW driver's licence
Valid P1 or P2 driver's licence for home visitsView
