You'll be responsible for

Acting as primary point of contact

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, relationship managers, and internal departments by liaising with stakeholders and other financial institutions to ensure seamless processing of customer payment requests.

Providing consistent support

Provide consistent support across all payment functions while maintaining excellent service levels for both internal and external customers.

Profiling payment instructions

Profile payment instructions accurately for processing centres, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations.
