Supporting origination

Preparing pitch books, market research, capital structure reviews, and other marketing materials.

Assisting in executing transactions

Conducting financial, business and market analysis, liquidity analysis, preparation of credit applications, due diligence review and managing the smooth execution of transactions.
🤝

Collaborating with colleagues

Working closely with colleagues across Sector Teams, DCM, Financial Markets and Corporate Finance to deliver integrated solutions to ING’s clients.

Demonstrated experience in financial modelling for transactions.
