Define and evolve the regional GTM strategy for Account Management Expansion, including merchant segmentation, archetypes, and coverage models.🗓️
Leading planning
Lead quarterly and annual planning for Expansion GTM, translating regional priorities into targets, resourcing assumptions, and execution plans.🔄
Building operating rhythms
Build and standardise Expansion operating rhythms across APAC, including forecasting, pipeline visibility, business reviews, and executive reporting.
