Owning case resolution

Taking ownership of highly escalated cases, ensuring consistent communication with customers throughout the resolution process.

Monitoring AI agent behavior

Monitoring and troubleshooting Podium AI agent behavior, especially when agents behave abnormally.

1–2 years of experience resolving integration issues.
