Mentoring the Patient Administration Support (PAS) team, working collaboratively with the PAS L2 Supervisor and PAS Support Manager.

Providing incident resolution

Providing remote incident resolution and problem management via the Dedalus Service Management System, in line with data privacy policies.
⚙️

Managing incidents

Managing and resolving assigned incidents to restore service efficiently while meeting or exceeding SLAs.

Key criteria

🧑‍⚕️

10+ years in customer support

Proven experience in a customer support role within Healthcare IT.

Application support experience

Demonstrated experience providing functional and technical application support.

SQL/Oracle scripting skills

Intermediate level skills in SQL and Oracle scripting for data management.
