You'll be responsible for

Providing support
Delivering 1st and 2nd line support for trading platforms across production and non-production environments.👀
Monitoring systems
Monitoring systems in real-time, investigating alerts, and resolving incidents efficiently.🤝
Coordinating with teams
Collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, Security, DBA, and Business Operations teams to ensure smooth operations.Key criteria
💻
3–5+ years in IT or application support
Demonstrated experience in high-availability environments.View

Strong Windows Server and SQL Server experience
Proven capability in supporting these critical systems.View
