You'll be responsible for

Providing production support & incident management
Acting as a first responder for production incidents and driving the resolution process by performing initial investigations and engaging relevant teams, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.🔍
Monitoring system health & operations
Proactively monitoring the health and performance of applications and infrastructure using enterprise tools to detect and prevent potential issues.🔄
Participating in application lifecycle & releases
Engaging in application releases from development and testing through to deployment into the production environment and performing post-release checkouts.Key criteria

Production support experience
2-5 years in production or application support roles.View
