Supporting customers across Australia using Infoxchange products and applications, ensuring they can use the software effectively.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving

Assisting customers in real-time over the phone to resolve issues and documenting any that require escalation to specialist teams.

Working closely with other Infoxchange staff to achieve team and organisational goals, contributing positively to the team environment.
