You'll be responsible for

Leading staff in the delivery of day to day operations across MacKillop's Eastern Residential Care programs, including Therapeutic Residential Care and case management support.

Reporting to management

Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Southern and Eastern Divisions as a member of the MacKillop Management Leadership Team.
🚗

Traveling for work

Traveling throughout the Eastern Metropolitan area to oversee operations and support staff in various locations.

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Possession of qualifications in Social Work or related fields.
