Supporting the development and governance of long-term Asset Management Plans (AMPs) for wagon fleets

Analyzing asset lifecycle costs, fleet performance, renewal strategies, and upgrade programs

Conducting supply chain analysis

Conducting spend, supplier, and supply chain analysis to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
