You'll be responsible for

Directing and mentoring
Directing, inspiring, and mentoring Modelling, Rigging, and Surfacing artists to enhance their skills and productivity.📝
Assigning work
Assigning tasks according to artists’ strengths while providing regular and constructive feedback.⚠️
Identifying issues
Flagging potential issues that may impact the successful delivery of assets within the production schedule.Key criteria
🎨
Previous Asset Supervisor experience
Demonstrated experience in VFX or animated features is essential.View
🖥️
Proficiency in Maya, Mari, and Katana
Substantial experience in production environments with these tools.View
🔧
Technical knowledge of geometry and UV layout
Strong understanding of modeling, surfacing, and texture development.View
