You'll be responsible for

Overseeing daily care

Overseeing the daily care of young people provided by residential care workers within the allocated residential care home during times when the House Supervisor is not present.

Reporting to the House Supervisor or Residential Care Coordinator in their absence.

Supporting team members

Supporting and leading a team of residential care workers to ensure the best care for young people.
