The Assistant Manager, Loyalty is a vital part of the Loyalty team within the International Card Services organization. This job focuses on managing and optimizing the Membership Rewards program, which is essential for acquiring new Card Members and retaining existing ones. Contributing to the delivery and optimization of loyalty initiatives across the Membership Rewards ecosystem.

Working closely with multiple teams across the ICS business and international COE teams to support loyalty objectives.
