You'll be responsible for

Overseeing daily operations

Overseeing the daily operation of our Culinary, Conference & Events, Bacar, Boulevard Brasserie, Brewery Bar & Kitchen, and Room Service as a single integrated operation.

Ensuring brand standards

Ensuring Brand Standards are embedded in daily operations cross-complex; conducting regular self-audits and implementing corrective actions.
👥

Leading and developing teams

Leading, developing and supporting our team with a focus on the Food & Beverage leaders; succession planning, managing performance, and providing guidance and support to Outlet Managers & our Culinary leaders.

Food & beverage management experience

Proven experience in managing high-volume food and beverage operations.
