Ensuring brand standards
Ensuring Brand Standards are embedded in daily operations cross-complex; conducting regular self-audits and implementing corrective actions.👥
Leading and developing teams
Leading, developing and supporting our team with a focus on the Food & Beverage leaders; succession planning, managing performance, and providing guidance and support to Outlet Managers & our Culinary leaders.Key criteria
