You'll be responsible for

Driving customer engagement
Build positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders and resolve all customer queries directly or by supporting the Asset Management and Operations teams.📄
Managing lease administration
Ensure all leases and documentation are fully executed and recorded accurately, undertake data integrity testing for critical dates, and fulfil compliance requirements for Insurance and Bank Guarantees.🏗️
Supporting property operations
Assist with outgoings wash-ups, coordinate regular building inspections to ensure the highest level of care, and assist with onboarding new customers to ensure a positive experience.Key criteria

Property management experience (1+ year)
Experience in managing industrial properties is essential.View
