You'll be responsible for

Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and ensuring high service standards.

Leading and coaching team members

Leading, coaching, inspiring, energising and developing team members and Shift Leaders to build a positive team culture.

Managing inventory and compliance

Overseeing food safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards while managing stock levels and deliveries.

Key criteria

2–4 years in QSR or fast-paced hospitality

Experience in a quick-service restaurant or similar environment.
