Demonstrating best practices in education and supervision to inspire staff and children.

Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes

Assisting in bringing new team members on board and ensuring they are well-integrated into the team.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

A qualification that meets ACECQA standards, essential for working in early childhood education.
🧩

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage tasks efficiently and find solutions to challenges that arise in the educational environment.
📚

Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the National Quality Framework

Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards that guide early childhood education in Australia.
