Supporting the timely and accurate preparation of valuation reports under the supervision of a Director.

Conducting financial analysis

Undertaking financial and sensitivity analysis for valuation reports, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models.

Compiling sales data

Gathering and verifying sales data and market evidence for use in valuation reports.
