You'll be responsible for

Acting for vendors and purchasers in acquisitions and mergers
Engaging in transactions involving insurance companies and broking businesses, including court-approved business transfer schemes.📜
Advising on insurance law and regulatory issues
Providing guidance on insurance law, corporate governance, and compliance with international regulations.⚖️
Conducting complex insurance and reinsurance disputes
Managing disputes related to coverage and other complex insurance matters.Key criteria
