You'll be responsible for

Being involved in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work
You will engage in a variety of transactions, gaining hands-on experience in M&A and capital markets.🏆
Delivering highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors
Your contributions will help achieve significant results for clients in Australia and globally.🌍
Gaining exposure across a broad range of sectors
You will work with diverse industries including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail.Key criteria
