You'll be responsible for

Leading M&A transactions and capital raises

With support from senior colleagues, take the lead on day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, equity/debt capital raises, and other client engagements by project-managing the day-to-day activities and coordinating all parties involved.

Managing client relationships

Manage the relationship with existing clients as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Preparing financial models and documents

Working with junior team members, prepare financial models and transaction documents (e.g. teaser, IM, Q&A, etc.) as well as client deliverables to support project objectives.
